Sen French Continues Lie about his Background have In Common with an Illegal Alien

Did you know that AK State Senator and 2012 candidate Hollis French have in common with a former Anchorage police officer and illegal alien Rafael Espinoza?

Incumbent State Senate candidate Hollis French shares in common with former Anchorage police officer and illegal alien Rafael (Mora-Lopez) Espinoza a behavioral trait to embellish and lie about their personal backgrounds to the public. Both men were successful in deceiving the public by falsifying records, inflating their resumes, and lying to get jobs in positions of grave responsibility in Alaskan public service.

Hollis French has stated in his political bio since 2002 on the Alaska Legislature web page, the Anchorage Daily News and on several national and trade sites such as Project Vote Smart that he “served” in the United States Marine Corps. French for many years deceived the public in believing he served his country in one of the most respected branches of our military forces as an enlisted member. Although he never completed any formal military training, French continues to embellish statements that fall under the political bio titles of Military, Education and Professional Service.

Recently in his 2012 campaign for re-election French has removed his false claim from his Alaska Legislative Bio page, but AK Insider has found that French never stopped using his claim to having served in the U.S. Marines. He continues to make the claim in other political biographies around the country such as Project Vote Smart, Solitical, trade site NASSTRAC and ICount. “Removing his claim from the Alaska Legislative bio page clearly indicates that French is covering up his false statements,” says AK Insider Editor Paul Bauer

French’s misrepresentation is a dishonor and disservice to all servicemen and women that truly serve on active duty, to veterans and to the public he wishes to serve again. Hollis French is no different from the federally convicted former Anchorage police officer and illegal alien Rafael Espinoza who lied on his first applications and resumes to gain a job position of trust.
