Corrections Hiring after Serial-Murderer Israel Keyes Suicide in Anchorage Jail

Alaska Department of Corrections placed a new hiring advertisement looking for Corrections Officers in the Anchorage Jail. The ad is 2-days old and 8 days after the apparent suicide of Samantha Koenig’s kidnapper-murderer while in the custody of his jailers.

AK INSIDER predicts possible slight increase in AK unemployment figures of low-level employees, but steady employment for upper management.
